Contacting Bar Associations and Lawyer Organizations to Find a Michigan DUI Attorney
There are a number of bar and lawyer associations that you can contact to request a referral for a Michigan DUI lawyer. Generally, they will take your name, address and phone number and then give you the name of one lawyer to contact. Again, attorneys that you are recommended by a bar association or lawyer organization may not necessarily be Michigan DUI law experts, rather, they could end up simply being Michigan lawyers who do some drunk driving defense work within their criminal law practice.
